Active UROPAC Members Make A Difference!
Richard Memo, MD, UROPAC member, AACU & AUA Board Member connects with his member of Congress and ensures a strong relationship with urology. Only through person-to-person contact can urology make a difference on Capitol Hill and that contact doesn't have to be in Washington DC. Your relationship with members of Congress is critical so that our representatives understand the complexity of issues that pervade urology on the state and local level. Whether its Medicare payment reform, additional training and research in urology, prostate cancer awarness or even certification of facilities we must create positive relationships with our elected officials so they understand how best to represent urology.
